Soy Garlic Chicken

This simple dish of Soy Garlic Chicken might not alleviate any heart related diseases you may have but trust me this is a good comfort food which can be used as an main dish, appetizer, side dish or even pair it with an ice cold beer.


  • 20 pcs Chicken legs
  • 1/2 cup Philippine Soy sauce
  • 1 whole garlic, minced juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp black pepper oil


Preparing the spices


Marinate chicken pieces in garlic, soy sauce and lemon for at least 24 hours.


Before cooking let it cool down to room temperature.


Shallow fry chicken pieces covered for 8-10 minutes.

Serve hot with rice. Enjoy!
